Missing child | Boyfriend blames himself for Joslin's disappearance

DIAZVILLE - Jacquin Appollis says he doesn't know what happened to Joslin Smith on the day the 6-year-old went missing while she was left in his care. 

Appollis, Joslin's mother's boyfriend, says he last saw Joslin at 2pm while she was playing with friends outside.

The search for the Grade 1 pupil is now in its second week, and police say they’re still following up on the various leads provided.

Appollis says that, though he feels responsible for Joslin’s disappearance, he has no idea what happened to her.

Meanwhile, workers at a local NGO where Joslin would often attend aftercare classes are concerned about the secondary trauma her classmates and friends are experiencing.
