JOHANNESBURG - uMkhonto weSizwe Party (MKP) caucus in Parliament wants newly appointed chief whip Colleen Makhubele fired.
In a letter seen by eNCA, the caucus calls on its president Jacob Zuma to remove Makhubele immediately.
The MP's claim her stance on Israel is a betrayal of the party's values.
They also accuse her of being a threat to the party's unity.
The letter goes on to say that Makhubele, who took office at the end of May, has demonstrated poor leadership.
The caucus also says that since taking office, Makhubele's conduct has alienated members.
This is the latest in a string of in-fighting incidents to rock the MK Party's leadership.
