JOHANNESBURG - Murder-accused Tiffany Meek returns to the Roodepoort Magistrate's Court this Monday, to apply for bail.
She is accused of murdering her 11-year-old son, Jayden-Lee.
In May, his bruised body was found on the stairwell of their residential complex in Fleurhof, Johannesburg.
The grade 6 pupil died of a blunt-force head injury.
His mother denies killing him, instead accusing police of failing to investigate the murder properly.
The state is opposing her release on bail.
