DURBAN - National Coloured Congress (NCC) leader Fadiel Adams has arrived in KwaZulu-Natal, where he is currently being processed.
He faces charges of fraud and defeating and or obstructing the course of justice.
It is alleged that he interfered with ongoing investigations into the murder of the late ANC Youth League Leader, Sindiso Magaqa.

According to police, investigations discovered that Adams interfered with the now convicted and sentenced hitman at a very sensitive and advanced stage of the police's investigation.
Adams was arrested on Tuesday by the SAPS Political Killings Task Team at the Pelican Park Parliamentary Village in Cape Town.
His lawyer, Bruce Hendricks, said they intend to bring an urgent application for his release.
