JOHANNESBURG - Higher Education Minister Blade Nzimande has vehemently denied ever using his department's budget to fund the SACP.
He maintains that the leaked recordings by Organisation Undoing Tax Abuse (OUTA) also alleging corruption by NSFAS service providers are false and malicious.
Nzimande insists he will not resign.
