Omotoso case postponed to June

GQEBERHA - Disgraced televangelist Timothy Omotoso has lost yet another bid to have charges against him dropped.

He and his co-accused will be back in court on 24 June.

The Gqeberha High Court dismissed his bid for five special entries for a mistrial.

Omotoso has been remanded in custody while his co-accused will remain out on bail.

The Nigerian national faces over 30 charges including rape, trafficking, sexual assault and racketeering.
