Overcrowded classes will not be avoidable - GDE
JOHANNESBURG - The Gauteng Department of Education says overcrowding in schools will be unavoidable.
So far the department has received over 27,000 late applications for grades one and eight.
Similarly, parents are queuing outside district offices looking for space within the other grades.
