South African Police Service (SAPS) were alerted to the shooting by private security operating at the high-walled property in Hyde Park, Johannesburg on Thursday.

Officers had to knock to gain entry to the premises.

Investigations into the circumstances that led to the incident are still underway.

Key to this is the firearm that was allegedly used, which is still yet to be found.

The suspects are expected to appear before the Alexandra Magistrate Court soon.
