JOHANNESBURG - Political fixer Brown Mogotsi to appear before the Parliament's Ad Hoc Committee on Tuesday.
Mogotsi, who has previously appeared before the Madlanga Commission, insisted on his own security detail to appear before Parliament.
He also wanted Parliament to foot the bill for the period.
The committee resolved to subpoena him. But Speaker Thoko Didiza overruled that decision.

Mogosti survived an alleged attempt on his life in November.
He reportedly acted as a go-between for then Police Minister Senzo Mchunu and alleged big five cartel member Vusimuzi “Cat” Matlala.
When Mogosti appeared at the Madlanga Commission last year he made salacious claims.
He claimed KZN Police Commissioner Nhanhla Mkhwanazi and Zulu King Misuzulu kaZwelithini were recruited by the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), a foreign intelligence and counterintelligence agency of the United States government.
