Proceedings at Meyiwa murder trial delayed to conduct trial-within-a-trial

JOHANNESBURG -  The Senzo Meyiwa murder trial has been postponed to Friday.

This is to allow for a trial within a trial, to determine the admissibility of evidence given in court.

One of the accused claimed he was assaulted and compelled to sign confessions.

It's nearly nine years since the former Bafana Bafana captain was gunned down, at the home of his girlfriend Kelly Khumalo, in Vooslorus.
