Lamborghinis being confiscated by the SIU at Hangwani Maumela's residence
JOHANNESBURG - Special Investigating Unit head, Andy Mothibi, says the raids are part of ongoing investigations.
The unit raided Hangwani Maumela’s Sandton home, who has been linked to the Tembisa Hospital looting.
Last week, the SIU published an interim report on their investigation into corruption at the hospital.
They discovered three main syndicates have looted funds to the tune of at least R2 billion.
