Ramaphosa: Law must be enforced at hijacked buildings

JOHANNESBURG - ANC President Cyril Ramaphosa says the rule of law must be enforced at hijacked buildings across the country.

He says the Joburg building fire that left at least 76 people dead has devastated him.

Ramaphosa was speaking at a Q and A session in Sandton earlier.

The ANC was hosting a dialogue ahead of the party's manifesto review for next year's national elections.
