'Rules-based order important in resolving conflicts' - Ramaphosa

CAPE TOWN - President Cyril Ramaphosa has called for a rules-based international order to protect weaker nations against the ambitions of power.

The president was addressing the G20 Finance Track meeting in Cape Town, which some notable financial chiefs from various countries have skipped.
