SANDF names soldiers killed in DRC

JOHANNESBURG - The SANDF has released the names of two soldiers who died in eastern DRC this week.

They are Captain Simon Bobe and Lance Corporal Irven Semono.

They were killed in a mortar attack on a base in North Kivu on Wednesday.

Three other troops were injured and are still in hospital.

The army says details of their memorial and funeral services will be shared soon.
