SA's corruption emergency | Three largest Metros responsible for majority of reported corruption

JOHANNESBURG - South Africa's three largest metro municipalities are at the forefront of corruption in the country.

Tshwane, Johannesburg, and Cape Town contribute over 70-percent of reported cases.
