Senior Eastern Cape government officials arrested for fraud

GQEBERHA - At least eight suspects have been arrested for alleged fraud totaling R20-million in the Eastern Cape.

The Education Department  reportedly asked the Eastern Cape Office of the Premier to help procure 72 temporary classrooms and furniture.

It's alleged that senior officials followed improper processes during the appointment of the said company.
