JOHANNESBURG - The State has officially closed its case in the Senzo Meyiwa murder trial after years of evidence.
However, the week kicked off with drama – two of the accused boycotted proceedings.
Accused 3 had to be carried into court, while Accused 5 refused to appear.
Correctional Services was left red-faced as the court intervened in favour of the accused.
The defence is up next, and plans to apply for all charges to be dropped.
