PRETORIA - Suspended deputy national police commissioner Shadrack Sibiya has accused General Hilda Senthumule of financially benefiting from Vusimuzi "Cat" Matlala.
He told the Madlanga Commission that Senthumule allegedly underwent a Brazilian Butt Lift procedure reportedly paid for by the alleged criminal kingpin.
He said the financial aid was never disclosed to the SAPS and could well amount to a conflict of interest.
Sibiya wrapped up reading from his 90-page document and would be questioned by the commissioners next.

He later conceded that the Marais report did not recommend the disbandment of the Political Killings Task Team.
The report spoke about the need for an impact analysis on Provincial Task Teams (PKTT), not their disbandment.
However, it did recommend that Provincial Investigating Units be closed.
Sibiya returns to the stand on Friday.
