JOHANNESBURG - Several bridges are submerged and roads remain closed across parts of Johannesburg.
Areas including Weltevreden Park, Strubens Valley, Newlands, and Randpark Ridge have been affected.
Emergency Services are urging residents to exercise extreme caution on the roads.
