JOHANNESBURG - The long-awaited cross-examination of lead investigator Bongani Gininda,
by Advocate Charles Mnisi is finally set to begin in the Senzo Meyiwa murder trial.
There have been delays after Mnisi requested several postponements, despite being afforded a two-month break to prepare.
He cited the voluminous court transcripts, running at over 60-thousand pages, as a major reason for the delays. But now he says, he’s ready to proceed
Mnisi has taken over as legal counsel for accused number one, Muzi Sibiya, after the death of his lawyer Thulani Mngomezulu, earlier this year.
