Three day AGOA Forum meeting underway in Johannesburg

JOHANNESBURG - President Cyril Ramaphosa says South Africa is looking for partners to support us, as we modernise our trading practices.

Ramaphosa says the country's participation in the African Growth and Opportunity Act has contributed to job creation.

AGOA provides duty-free access to the US market for most agricultural and manufactured products, exported by eligible African countries including Ghana, Kenya, Lesotho, Madagascar, and Ethiopia.

eNCA's senior reporter Siphamandla Goge sat down with deputy secretary of commerce in the US, on the sidelines of the Agoa.
