JOHANNESBURG - Three shop owners of Somali foreign origin have been gunned down in the Johannesburg CBD.
Authorities suspect turf wars are behind the killings, which they say occur weekly.
Ward 59 councillor, Sthembiso Hlatshwayo said he has approached the Premier's office, requesting an intervention.
