JOHANNESBURG - Transport Minister Barbara Creecy has visited site of the crash which killed 42 people in Limpopo.
President Cyril Ramaphosa has extended condolences to the families of those who died.
Creecy confirmed that the bus was overloaded at the time of the crash.
The bus was licenced to carry 60 people but that 91 people were inside.
There were three drivers on the bus and all three died, making it difficult to conduct the investigation.
The survivors are in three different local hospitals.
The majority of the deceased are from Malawi and Zimbabwe.
eNCA's Nabeelah Shaikh provided an update from outside one of the hospitals where some of the injured passengers are being treated.
