JOHANNESBURG – Two people have died and six others are wounded following a mass shooting in Eldorado Park on Saturday night.
The police’s Brigadier Brenda Muridili confirmed the shooting, saying they are on manhunt for eight alleged suspects.
“It is alleged that, there was a social gathering in that venue when a group of about eight unknown men entered the yard and started shooting randomly at the people before fleeing the scene on foot.”
Police responded to a shooting accident after 10.30pm on Saturday night. Two people already declared dead by paramedics and six taken to a local hospital with gunshot wounds.
