UDM rejects Ramaphosa clearance in Phala Phala scandal

JOHANNESBURG - There's been upset and confusion from political parties to the Reserve Bank's decision to clear President Cyril Ramaphosa of any wrongdoing in the Phala Phala farm theft scandal.

The Reserve Bank investigated whether there were any violations of exchange control regulations,

But concluded that on the facts available, there was no contravention.
The full internal report will also not be made available because of legislative restrictions.  

UDM leader Bantu Holomisa says he rejects the findings.
