University of Fort Hare students want vice-chancellor out

EAST LONDON- The situation is calm at the University of Fort Hare after violence broke out between students and police this week.

It's alleged angry students set buildings on fire during protests.

The students want Vice-Chancellor, Professor Sakhela Buhlungu removed.

They claim he's responsible for mismanagement and governance failures at the institution.
