WATCH | Burials go ahead as some bodies identified

JOHANNESBURG - Some families affected by the Joburg fire are trying to make sense of life without their loved ones, now that several victims have been identified.

One burial took place on Saturday, while a group procession was held on Sunday.

Many of those who perished in the blaze are Muslim and will be laid to rest according to Islamic rites.

eNCA's Hloni Mtimkulu was permitted to attend Sunday's ceremony.
