JOHANNESBURG - Harsher sentences are essential for men who assault and kill women.

That’s the call by a campaign fighting the epidemic of gender-based violence and femicide.

In driving their their call home, ACT NOW AFRICA has led an awareness hike against the scourge in Johannesburg’s Klipriviersberg Nature Reserve.
