WATCH | Joburg estate residents left in the lurch

JOHANNESBURG - Residents of Tirong Estate in Randburg are being forced to pay thousands penalties for illegally connected water, which they say was done by the property developer.

When new homeowners moved into their houses, illegally connected water had already been installed without meter boxes to gauge their usage.
