WATCH | NCape Premier Saul talks on reversing the impact of apartheid

JOHANNESBURG - Northern Cape Premier, Zamani Saul is asking if 30 years is enough to reverse the impact of colonization and apartheid in South Africa?

In an opinion piece,the premier says Policy positions in China and Vietnam communicated time frames for the moderate eradication of the consequences of colonialism and civil war.

He likened what happened in those two countries to what happened here in South Africa.
