JOHANNESBURG - Crime expert Calvin Rafadi confirms that he knows Vusimuzi 'Cat' Matlala.
Rafadi confirmed to eNCA that they have done business together in the past and come from the same area.
He also confirms that he was aware of Matlala's criminal dealings and had brought information to the National Police Commissioner before.
Rafadi also does not deny reaching out to KZN Police Commissioner Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi many times.
Mkhwanazi has accused Rafadi of being in cahoots with the criminal underworld, something that Rafadi denies.
