JOHANNESBURG - President Cyril Ramaphosa is addressing the nation following serious allegations made by KZN Police Commissioner, Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi.
Mkhwanazi accuses Police Minister Senzo Mchunu of colluding with the criminal underworld and interfering in police operations.
