KAZAN - President Cyril Ramaphosa delivered South Africa’s statement at the Brics summit on Wednesday.
Ramaphosa said Russia was a valued ally and a friend that supported South Africa during the dark days of the struggle against apartheid.
But the DA that is part of the Government of National Union quickly said it does not see Russia or it’s President as an ally.
