2024 elections | IEC's ConCourt appeal ill-advised, says Tselane

JOHANNESBURG - Former deputy chairperson Terry Tselane says the IEC's move to approach the Constitutional Court over the Zuma matter is ill-advised.

They're appealing the Electoral Court decision to allow Jacob Zuma's candidacy for uMkhonto weSizwe in the May polls.

Tselane argues that the IEC is wrongly interpreting Section 47 of the Constitution.
