JOHANNESBURG - ANC President Cyril Ramaphosa is set to announce a detailed economic action plan.
It's aimed at driving growth to 3 percent.
It comes as GDP struggles to break the 1 percent growth mark.
The plan was discussed at a special National Executive Committee meeting this weekend.
