JOHANNESBURG - As global finance leaders convene in Washington for the IMF and World Bank annual meetings, Africa's voice is becoming more prominent on the world stage.

With economies across the continent showing resilience and innovation, attention is turning to the drivers of inclusive growth. 

Among them, small and medium-sized enterprises are emerging as critical players.
