Back to the drawing board for Nersa

JOHANNESBURG - Nersa's public participation process for the approval of electricity tariffs has been declared invalid.

This follows intervention by AfriForum and several municipalities.

Nersa is now obliged to give members of the public a fair chance to make their voices heard. It must also publish municipalities' cost studies.
