JOHANNESBURG - The Mpumalanga High Court will see a legal showdown over former Deputy President David Mabuza's estate.
Emunah Silinda and her daughter, Tamara, seek urgent relief for official recognition and financial support.
Silinda claims to be Mabuza's customary wife.
She and her daughter oppose Nonhlanhla Patience Mnisi being the sole beneficiary of Mabuza's R44-million estate.
Mnisi claims to have been legally married to Mabuza.
She is the first respondent, while financial services company Alexander Forbes is the second.
