Chief Justice Mandisa Maya's appointment receives warm welcome

JOHANNESBURG - Mandisa Maya is set to succeed Chief Justice Raymond Zondo when his term expires at the end of August.

She will be the country's first female head of the judiciary, and has been celebrated as a trailblazer.
