CIT robberies continue to pose a danger to police and communities

DURBAN - Cash-in-transit robberies continue to plague KwaZulu-Natal.

This has been underlined by the three of these robberies in a week.

Phumlani Vezi, a IPSS Security Operations Manager says they believe they will win the fight against the criminals and are working tirelessy to put a pause on these robberies.

"At the moment it is very hard because what we've picked up, those criminals they are a in big groups. We are trying all the best we can on the ground, which we highly believe we will win the fight," he said.
