City Power's plan to address rolling blackouts

JOHANNESBURG - Solving the electricity crisis has become the most discussed subject of late as there just seems to be no end in sight to rolling blackouts.  

Failures at Eskom, theft and vandalism, and wasteful expenditure are but some of the things keeping the country in the dark much of the time. 

City Power board  chairperson, Bonolo Ramokhele discussed this with eNCA.
