JOHANNESBURG - It seems there was a concerted effort to stop the arrest of alleged cartel boss, Katiso "KT" Molefe.
JMPD officer Johannes Mokgatle has been removed from active duty for trying to stop the operation.
While witnesses have told the Madlanga Commission how the Hawks tried to interfere.
