JOHANNESBURG - The Democratic Alliance says the ANC can no longer be allowed to flout rules without consequences.
The DA has won a case after taking the ANC and the uMdoni municipality to court for re-allocating a DA executive committee seat to the ANC.
The KZN High Court in Durban found that this action was unlawful.
