JOHANNESBURG - President Cyril Ramaphosa has hammered home that the controversial National Health Insurance Bill will be signed into law soon.

At his State of the Nation Address, Ramaphosa said he was 'looking for a pen' to sign the NHI into law.
The Bill was recently passed through Parliament.
