JOHANNESBURG - The world's oldest President wants to extend his 43-year-long rule over Cameroon. 

Paul Biya (92) is awaiting election results after Sunday's voting.

If he wins, it will be his eighth consecutive term of office.

And it will end in the year 2032 when he's 99.

So why is holding onto power considered normal in Africa?
