JOHANNESBURG - The airline industry is facing a crisis.
Navigation systems are failing, and infrastructure is collapsing.
Airlines are cancelling or delaying flights more often, creating a financial challenge and leaving passengers frustrated.
Airlines Association of Southern Africa's CEO, Aaron Munetsi, said we have to acknowledge that we have a problem.
"It's becoming difficult for airlines to manage their businesses profitably, efficiently and effectively because of the challenges we are facing with the infrastructure issues," he said.
