JOHANNESBURG - The Board of Healthcare Funders has filed a further application as part of its ongoing legal challenge to National Health Insurance.
They are challenging the constitutionality of the Parliamentary process, which led to the adoption of the NHI Act in 2023.
The funders say Parliament failed to ensure meaningful public participation.
