JOHANNESBURG - Members of the South African National Defence Force, continue to lose their lives as they participate in a SADC mission in the DRC.
Families, SANDF leadership and the South African National Defence Union are seeking answers after the deaths of nine soldiers.
They are casualties of an intense battle with M23 rebels who have been fighting the DRC government and are believed to be back by Rwanda.
There have been concerns from the start that the soldiers were ill-equipped.
Defence analyst, Dean Wingrin discussed this with eNCA.
