Discussion | Calls for Govt of National Unity to champion the rights of youth

JOHANNESBURG - The government of national unity must champion the rights of young people and create an environment where they can thrive.

That's the call from human rights advocacy group, Amnesty International South Africa.

It says thirty years into democracy, not enough has been done to address inequality, access to education, and the high rate of unemployment among the youth.

Rejoyce Motaung, Amnesty International South Africa Activism Coordinator, spoke to eNCA.
