JOHANNESBURG - The City of Joburg recently evacuated residents from the Moth Building in Braamfontein.
The move has sparked controversy, with residents decrying their eviction and the City saying it was compelled to move them out due to safety concerns.

There have also been reports that the residents were moved to unoccupied apartments in the Fleurhof area.
The City launched the Fleurhof low-cost housing mega project in 2012.
